Planning child care is a big decision. Here are a few things families often ask.
What ages do you serve?
Both locations serve children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. Contact our team to discuss the right classroom for your child.
What are your hours?
Both locations are open Monday through Friday. The Heights is open 7:00 AM–6:30 PM, and West Houston is open 6:30 AM–6:30 PM.
When will Dreamland Academy open?
Our West Houston location is opening Winter 2026. Email our team for updates.
Do you offer part-time care?
Select part-time schedules are available at both locations, subject to classroom availability. Ask about Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday options.
Do you accept child care scholarships?
Both locations accept Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Child Care Services (CCS) scholarships and Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN). Contact our team to confirm eligibility, classroom availability, and parent fees.
How much is tuition?
Tuition depends on the location, age group, and schedule. Contact our enrollment team for current rates, fees, and availability.
Does my child need to be potty trained?
Children entering Pre-K are expected to be fully potty trained. Children still working on toileting may begin in our preschool classroom, depending on age and availability.
How can I schedule a tour?
Use the Heights tour booking link on our enrollment page. For Academy updates or a tour time that works better for your family, contact our team.
How do I stay connected to my child’s day?
We use Playground for family communication, classroom updates, attendance, and billing. Check your child’s feed regularly for updates and teacher requests.
